Refunds and Exchanges

We do not sell faulty or damaged goods, however if any goods were found to be faulty or damaged, a full refund, exchange or credit will be awarded.

Due to the nature of clearance stock and our extremely low wholesale costs to our customers all sales are final. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange unless the goods were found to be faulty. We follow the ACCC law on this policy.

Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, governed by the ACCC, there are certain requirements for when a retailer does and does not need to offer a refund or exchange.

In the lead up to your purchase we are here to assist you should you need any further information or need to ask any questions before making your purchase.

We do not issue a refund, credit or exchange on any of the goods sold on our website if you simply change your mind or decide that you want to purchase goods elsewhere.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item/s are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We must be advised in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.

To start a return or raise an issue, you can contact us at info@skinishbeauty.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special clearance orders where we have marked down the items at a reduced price and clearly stated on the product listing that the product is 'discounted for clearance due to minor defects'. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
